DELIVERY, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

Voonik will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Most of the items are shipped for free. For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

At this point, Voonik.com delivers products only within India.

You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Voonik.com. Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 30 days of the receipt of item and depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However an exchange is subject to availability of the item.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear and sleepwear, grooming, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items
  • The shipping time is varies with delivery pincodes and seller locations. Although products are generally delivered in 7 - 10 days, Voonik is not responsible for any delay in delivery.
  • Fine jewelry products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery,
  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, and should not be broken or tampered with.
  • Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
  • Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
  • In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
  • If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once we receive your return, you will be reimbursed a maximum of 200 Voonik credits towards shipping costs, if self-shipped. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of this Policy.
  • For products which qualify for return, the return request should be initiated within 10 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  • The pick up of products for which return request has been raised generally takes 3 days from the day return request is initiated. Refund of the amount for the returned products will generally be initiated within 7 - 10 days from the date of pick-up.
  • Cancel request on ordered items can be placed on products until they are dispatched from the seller.
